Hi!
As I said in my previous post, I tried the flakie from Nfu Oh yesterday. It’s #039 and it’s a green/blue flakie.
I used it over a plain black polish, from Rimmel (Blackout).
And this is the result:
Today I got my Nfu Oh order in the mail. I ordered them at NailXL. I’m sooooo excited about these polishes. I’ve read about them, how they are very spectacular and the best holos around. I ordered #061 (a holo), #039 (a flakie) and the must-have Aqua Base (without it, holos are just a disaster). Here’s my experience with #061…
Hi!
Last week I’ve been very busy so I didn’t update my blog. I had 3 exams in 1 week and they were my last. Ever. Well, at least that’s what I hope
I want to apologize for the state of my cuticles. While I was doing my very last exam, I bit my index finger. I didn’t even notice it until it began to hurt
I tore off a whole chunk of skin. But now the stress is over and I can begin to pamper them again.
I decided to use one of my recently purchased colors. There was a 1+1 offer at the drugstore, so I bought 2 colors from Rimmel: Urban Purple and Magnetise. I used Magnetise as stamping color for a subtle effect.
This color is really hard to capture. It’s in between red and pruple. Kinda like a beet-color. Very nice. It’s nowhere near as bright as in this picture:
Hi!
Yesterday I did a mani with Catrice Hip Queens Wear Blue Jeans. It’s a darkblue, navy color with an interesting hint of blue glitter. Application was a bit crappy to be honest. Got major cuticle pooling.
2 layers without topcoat.
Hi!
Today I wanted to do a blogpost about cuticle care, because this is so important for healthy nails. I think it’s even more important than taking care of your actual nails. Your cuticle is where your nail is born, so if it’s damaged there, it will not get any better because nails are made of dead material.
This article was actually a “page”, but I decied I want it in the sidebar as special link, and not at the top of the page next to “Home” and “About”. It doesn’t belong there.
I will show you my favorite products and how I use them.

Hi!
Today a swatch of Catrice Clay-ton, My Hero. I’ve had this one for a few months and have worn it once already. If I wear a color more than once, it means I really like it. Clay-ton, My Hero is one of those colors. Let me show you why.
Hi everyone,
Just a quick post about my experience with Trind Nail Balsam so far.
I have been applying nailpolish
almost non-stop for the last couple of months and my nails were really beginning to take the toll. They were dry and started to peel and chip, something I have NEVER happen to me before. So it was time for some moisture ![]()
I had read good things about Trind nailcare products and decided to spend 13 euros on 9 ml of Trind Nail Care Balsam. It’s a lot of money for so little product, so it’d better work!
Hi!
Here’s part 2 of the Seche Vite vs. INM Out The Door battle.
You can read part 1 in my previous post.
Hi everyone!
First of all I would like to wish you a Happy New Year!
In my last post, I promised an INM Out The Door vs. Seche Vite battle. So here it goes.
As you may or may not know, Seche Vite and INM Out The Door are two of the most favorite topcoats in the nail polish world. They both claim to be very fast drying, extend wear and give a high shine finish. Because this comes at a price, namely shrinkage, I wanted to know how the two compare on several areas.
I’m going to split it up in 2 parts. The first part will focus on application, drying time, and of course, shrinkage. For this, I only did 2 nails: my 2 middle fingers. The second part will focus primarily on wear and durability. Because this takes a few days and I really wanted to update my blog, this is the reason behind the splitting.
